Start of my blogging journey.

I was always battling with the idea of writing blogs on a consistent basis for well over a couple of years. I was convinced that writing helps you express better and influence others. However, there was always an inherent fear that I am not good at writing and that translated to my inaction. However after completing my coaching certification last December, I started questioning myself " What is holding you back from writing blogs? ". As I started to seek answers, it dawned on me that I was fearful of people judging me. What if they do not find my writings interesting ? What if there are grammatical errors in my posts? What if these writings are not perfect?
These excuses were good enough for me to not take up writing. One fine day, while I was reflecting on how to establish my coaching practice, I got an inner call to take the coaching stories to the world, for I believed the Coaching is indeed transformational and these stories need to be told. And what better way than blogging.

To get initiated to writing, I started with daily journaling. Every night I wrote on actions I am taking to achieve the weekly goals. To my amazement, I was getting disciplined with this activity. This gave me the confidence that I could write on a consistent basis and stay committed to it.

Having built the habit of daily Journaling, I decided to take up the challenge of blogging. I have committed to writing a blog every week. Here I am writing the introduction to my blogging journey.

I am eagerly awaiting to interact with you through these blogs and would love to hear your responses. Until next time, take very good care of yourself and stay safe.
